Roche Bobois this year hopes to become more international than French. "We should exceed the threshold in 2012 for 50% of our revenues generated outside our home market," states Gilles Bonan, CEO of Roche Bobois. Look outside the borders, nothing is more natural for this family company whose reputation has been built from 1960 on the distribution of Scandinavian furniture. Today, it was his Mah Jong sofa that draws customers Italians, Americans and Chinese.

"We continue to open this year a store per month, with many more applications for candidacy for the franchise a few years ago, says Gilles Bonan. Philippines, Argentina, Seoul, Abidjan, Indonesia at the end of the year, Roche Bobois, accompanied by the word "Paris" out of France, succeeds in distant lands.

In this context, Roche Bobois is looking for a new shareholder. While the group has lost one of its founders, Philippe Roche, a sale of a majority is no longer on the agenda, ensures Gilles Bonan. Three years ago, families and Roche Chouan had sought to organize a "transmission process more meaningful capital", having already sold a 15% share to funds and Azulis Siparex in 2001. Both funds "are intended to come out and be replaced by a new minority shareholder," according to the leader, and it likely this year.

Manhattan, Harrods and Printemps

2012 will also be marked by the reworking of the upcoming flagship store in Manhattan low fee cash advance. "We are in the Americas since 1974, but sales have nevertheless increased by about 20% in 2010 and 2011," Bonan said Gilles. Another success for the premium brand, which is not to be perceived as luxury, his corner at Harrods in London. Opened in 2010, he became the fourth store in its turnover. Even the more mature markets are reservoirs of growth. Germany is thus in the viewfinder of the sign: a third store has just opened there, but the potential is estimated at thirty.

In its home market, Roche Bobois returned last September to Spring Boulevard Haussmann. "In France, while the market is stagnating, sales rose 3% in 2011," says Gilles Bonan. An increase similar to that of total turnover, from 3.8% in constant number of stores. "These past five years, with the exception of 2009, growth was more than 3%," added the leader. Three years ago, sales were down 4%, and Roche Bobois had given Colonial House, House and renamed Co. This year, priority will be to the continued recovery of another sign of the group, Natuzzi, which saw its sales drop 12% last year. Five stores brand Italian sofas come close. Moreover, the sign Leather Center was "repositioned", with sales growth of 7% in 2011 to the key.

"If I am elected, I do not gèlerai, but I stoop down the salary of the president and ministers of 30%." By November 2011, Francois Hollande had made the campaign promise very symbolic, while Nicolas Sarkozy marked the spirits in increase of 172% net salary (of 7,084 to 19,331 euros) on arrival at the Elysee. Presented at the first cabinet meeting on Thursday by the new prime minister, Jean-Marc Ayrault, the measure was formally adopted, confirmed by several cabinet members. Accordingly, the president and ministers will have their wages fall by 30%. "This is exemplary," explained Jean-Marc Ayrault Wednesday on France 2. This measure will be a decree. But this law, which will not be adopted before June and the election of the National Assembly, "will be retroactive," said the spokesman of the government, Najat Belkacem-Vallaud. It is therefore effective "as of May 15" date of the nomination of Francis Holland as president.

The gross monthly salary of Ministers will therefore decrease of 14,200 euros per month, to 9,940 euros. That of the Prime Minister will also be trimmed from 21,300 euros to 14,910 euros gross. Like, finally, the compensation of the President of the Republic which is equivalent to the Prime Minister. With a plane that has a surprising consequence. Ex-Ministers continue to earn more than their successors for another six months. Indeed, each team member Francois Fillon retain his salary during this period. A privilege granted to all former ministers, who lose their theory, however, other benefits.

In the camp of the UMP, the reactions to this first measure of government have not kept waiting. Jean-Francois Cope, the party's general secretary, described the pay cut of "deception" on Twitter.

I denounce the imposture, the clannishness and demagoguery are the appointment of the first steps of @ fhollande ump.org / news / esp

. – Jean-Francois Cope (@ jf_cope) May 17, 2012

It explains, in a statement, the government has Ayrault "14 members of more" than the first Fillon government. "We go from 15 ministers, four secretaries of state and a High Commissioner to 34 ministers and deputy ministers, an increase of 65%. Wage cuts of 30% can not hide this fact: the government of Francois Hollande will be far more costly to the taxpayer. "

Largest decline in Europe

If they come later than in other European countries, this decline in compensation of government is by far the strongest. One of the first to take this measure, as he tried to impose on his country a vast austerity plan, was the Irish Prime Minister Brian Cowen. From 2009, he had reduced his salary and that of his ministers by 15%. In the process, in May 2010, Spain followed the movement by announcing a 15% reduction of salaries of its ministers. In the UK, the British prime minister, David Cameron, newly installed in power, his ministers imposed a 5% decrease in their pay. A dry diet made subsequently by Italy and Portugal, among others.

In Europe a constraint to fiscal Germany still appears a prosperous island. While the German economy grew by 2% annual rate in the first quarter, Angela Merkel and her ministers were granted for the first time in twelve years an increase of wages. The Cabinet decided on Wednesday to a 5.7% increase in three stages by August 2013, bringing the salary of Angela Merkel to about 17,016 euros gross per month and those of his ministers to about 13,795 euros.

The Crazy Horse dancers déhabilleront did not tonight. According to RTL, the famous cabaret troupe voted to strike Monday almost unanimously, in the hope of getting a raise. The management has so far "refused or rejected" any negotiation, the performances Tuesday night and tonight were canceled.

The dancers however, were present Tuesday at the Crazy Horse, near the Champs Elysees, to explain their movement. One of them, Suzanne, told RTL micro "be paid at a rate more than deplorable," which does not take into account the constraints imposed by the cabaret. "We are asked to work 24 days a month. The Crazy Horse is not any cabaret. This is an exceptional place where the show is completely naked payday loans for bad credit. These features are not included in our earnings. "

The Crazy Horse dancers indeed work six days a week and take the stage twice a night, not counting repetitions. A meeting is planned with unions in the day. If social conflicts are rare in this area, Lido dancers had also expressed wage demands in 2003. They complained, according to Liberation, paid less than men and work in difficult conditions.

In a recent documentary, "Crazy Horse", the American filmmaker Frederick Wiseman revealed behind the scenes, sometimes less glamorous, the famous Parisian cabaret. Here's an excerpt:

Angela Merkel may not be smiling to welcome Francois Hollande Tuesday night. The Christian Democrats (CDU) of German Chancellor Sunday suffered a stinging defeat in a regional election in North Rhine-Westphalia, the most populous state in Germany.

According to partial results yet, the federal opposition Social Democrats (SPD) won the election with 38% of the vote. Environmentalists have raised 12% of the vote, the SPD-Green coalition outgoing should continue to govern this state.

For its part the CDU has collected approximately 25.5% of the votes, or about 9 points lower than in 2010, her worst score ever recorded in this region. This defeat adds to a long series for black liberal-conservative coalition in power in Berlin since 2009, it failed to surpass the 5% in six regional elections, and lost its historical stronghold of Baden-Wuerttemberg.

Merkel remains popular in polls

Although the North Rhine-Westphalia is a historical bastion of the left, this result sounds like a warning to the Chancellor, to 16 months of the legislation. A week after voters in France and Greece have shown that they wanted more austerity, the Germans of this region of western countries have chosen the SPD, very critical of the policy austerity practiced by the Chancellor. "This defeat is bitter, clear and it really hurts," admitted the local leader of the CDU, also Environment Minister Merkel, Norbert Röttgen. He at the same time tried to protect the Chancellor, ensuring that it was "above all (his) defeat" and resigning from the regional party.

If his party string of electoral defeats, Angela Merkel seems to always enjoy great personal popularity. National polls show that the Germans know it will promote fiscal austerity to cure ailing eurozone. Besides, in North Rhine-Westphalia, the Free Democrats, staunch supporters of austerity, collected 8.5% of the vote, nearly triple the 3% they receive from national surveys. However the formation of extreme left Die Linke – model Jean-Luc Melenchon – has not passed the 5% threshold of votes necessary for MPs.

The campaign for the presidential election held the role of a damper on sales of national newspapers in March, registering a 0.5% decline, according to data released Thursday by the OJD on the basis of returns filed by publishers with the supervisory body of the press. A title, however, now in France, the national edition of Le Parisien, is distinguished by showing an increase of 10.3%.

Le Figaro rose 0.7%

"The whole quarter was bearer, with an average increase in sales of 10.5%, says Jean Hornain, CEO of Le Parisien-Aujourd'hui en France (Amaury Group). The political course supported us, but other factors have played in our favor. Unlike most of our competitors in the regional daily press, we have maintained our selling price to 90 cents during the week, making our way one of the most competitive in the retail outlets. We are also less affected by the free press, which makes the very difficult market in Ile-de-France. "Today in Francea also benefited from the judgment of the paper edition of France Soir, last December. Two other daily progress. One year after the launch of a new formula "bimédia" of the cross paid the sales rose 5.7% in March and 1.6% in the first quarter. Over the period, the daily Christian Bayard said to have multiplied by eight the number of subscribers to his website-croix.com, whose traffic has won at the same time 19%.

For its part, Le Figaro, which remains the largest national newspaper with paid circulation of 342,731 on average, increased by 0.7%. Over the quarter, Le Figaro is stable at 0.2%. All other securities are falling. In March, The World down 4.9%, to 288,881 copies, and the sports daily L'Team (Amaury) of 4.3%, to 258,476. Release is stable, slightly down by 0.5%, to 122,444 copies, despite sales at (kiosks and newsagents) at high levels for the daily run by Nicolas Demorand. Echoes lose, for their part, 3.1%, to 121,889 copies.

Rise of digital

"At first glance, on sales in Paris, the impact of the campaign was less than in 2007, says an editor. However, it must wait to see the performance of securities regions for an initial assessment, but we did have an effect on sales numbers. "

Along with paper sales, electronic editions of national newspapers continue to grow at a healthy pace. Le Figaro including more than doubled sales of its digital versions by crossing the course of 6000 readable copies smartphones and tablets. This share digital broadcast reached, according to OJD, 5.6% for Libération, Les Echos, 6.9% and 8.3% for Le Monde.

In Rome,

Even Professor Monti can not perform miracles. In the Document for Economic and Financial (DPEF) covering the years 2012 to 2015, on Wednesday approved Wednesday by the Cabinet, it is written that Italy will experience a recession in 2012 equal to 1.20% of GDP. However, until now, the government expected a 0.4% growth this year. The activity will walk away from the front in 2013 – timidly – to double next year to 1.2% in 2015.

Logical consequence of this failure of growth, the government recognizes that a balanced budget, wielded far as priority, will struggle to be reached in late 2013. Vittorio Grilli, Deputy Economy Minister now speaks of a deficit of 0.5% of GDP next year, adding that "overall structural balance and not episodic" is reached. A scenario much more optimistic than the IMF in its forecast released Tuesday estimates that Italy will not reach equilibrium before 2015.

Another sensitive indicator: public debt, which stood at 123.4% of GDP at the end of last year. It would decline to 120.3% this year, 114.4% in 2014 and 110.8% in 2015, when the simplification and liberalization adopted earlier this year will come to full speed, generating additional growth assessed 2.4% of GDP in 2020.

In presenting these figures, the chairman, Mario Monti, sought optimistic: "Our action has demonstrated safety of the public accounts. We will have a primary surplus (excluding debt service) of 3.9% next year. " Despropos primarily for financial markets, which have recently hosted the Italian slippage. MIB30 index of the Milan Stock Exchange closed sharply lower by 2.29%.

The balancing act that requires Mario Monti has become particularly difficult fast payday loans. It must assure citizens that their efforts are, not to undermine confidence without complacency. Mario Monti has paid tribute to the sacrifices "very high" imposed on the Italians, "we are fighting every day to avoid the fate of Greece," he said, deliberately severe.

But in a country where the tax burden – 45.1% of GDP – reached a record high and unemployment was 9.3%, an increase of rigor seems now to be excluded. The salvation is through more growth. This is why the government on Wednesday adopted a national reform agenda based on five priorities, which will mobilize tens of billions of euros. The 'major projects and public infrastructure "alone include 20 billion euros in public funding per year for three or four years for priority equipment, rail, road, airport, hospitals, schools, … Another sensitive issue: the immediate payment of the arrears that the state owes to private companies, whether of central or local governments. Twenty billion euros of state guarantees will be released to allow private creditors to enforce them at banks. Six billion will also be reimbursed immediately by local governments. Tax incentives, practical support to business creation and drastic simplification of administrative procedures should also encourage the resumption of activity. An effort of three billion euros a year for twenty years will be made in favor of renewable energy. Finally, the Senate passed Wednesday on a final golden rule placing a balanced budget in the Constitution. Mario Monti handling is the core growth budget and stick.

EU leaders breathed a sigh of relief Friday after the success of the voluntary exchange of Greek debt, 85.8% subscribed by private creditors. Within the euro area, this is Nicolas Sarkozy, who hosted the agreement with more enthusiasm. "I am pleased that we have found a solution to the Greek crisis plaguing the financial economic situation of Europe and the world for months," welcomed the French president, traveling to Nice election. "With Angela Merkel we worked day and night to find a solution," he recalled. "Today, the problem is solved, and the page of the financial crisis is beginning to turn" it was welcomed.

In Berlin, the reaction was more cautious. According to the spokesman of the government of Chancellor Angela Merkel is "encouraged" by the agreement. "It would be a big mistake to give the impression that the crisis is resolved," warned the German Minister Wolfgang Schauble Finances.Pour "an important step was taken, but we are not out of the woods."

The agreement sealed between Athens and its private creditors will erase 107 billion euros of debt, a total of 350 billion. This is a historic debt reduction. It must allow the Greek debt, which now reaches 160% of GDP, reaching 120.5% in 2020, a ratio similar to that of Italy.

They are every year more and more people choosing agriculture to bounce professionally. It used to be was a farmer from father to son. "Now more than a quarter of young people have just installed another workplace or have been outside the farm before returning," says Christiane Lambert, senior vice president of the FNSEA (National Federation of farmers). This is for example the case of five young people who come to create a GAEC (farming group operating in common), Radish & Co, specializing in organic farming, located in Mayenne.

They include a baker, farmer, Gwendal Bazin, two gardeners, Robert-Jan and Yannick Devinik Rouseau, a rancher, Marc Besnier, and a cheese maker, Steve Milosevic. "We chose to produce basic food with a commitment to practice for organic farming using compost from such an activity of milk to fertilize the land, farmers' seeds and collecting the runoff," they explain . While focusing on short distribution through the AMAP (Association for the maintenance of peasant agriculture).

The women won

Another example is that of Jean-Cyril, former spokesman of an international NGO fighting against poverty and injustice. Farmer's son, he spent a patent professional farm manager with the prospect of settling in the Dordogne.

Women, too, conquered by the call of the earth. Isabelle Horses, stay at home mom for seventeen years, participated in a training assistant sommelier in 1997. It incorporates a large area and then a plant and finally a group of winemakers operators of Lons le Saunier in 2006, working as wine. "The wine and the agricultural community fascinate me. I like working outdoors and crafts, "she says. Only downside, it gets a little more than the minimum wage, "which is not very rewarding when you know the price of bottles. We must encourage young people to integrate this kind of jobs they will not regret it. "

Many of vacancies, but demanding industry on skills and candidates who sought are upping the ante: all the ingredients were there in 2011 to boost wages for employment.

Indeed, according to the latest study by Robert Half, executive compensation in finance and accounting have increased 5 to 10% compared to 2010 on trades in vogue as management control, financial control and audit internal. A management controller with three to five years of experience and could expect between 40,000 and 63,000 euros gross per year. Accountants, whatever their level, have also benefited from the situation. Now, the gross annual salary of a single accounting with five years experience ranges from 30,000 to 34,000 euros gross. That of an accountant suppliers or customers is between 22,500 and 27,500 euros, depending on experience.

Offer prospects for premium

According to the annual survey of salaries Expectra 2011, the highest salary increases related to the management controller (+10.8%), the administrative and financial (+9.3%) and the Financial Analyst (6 + , 5%).

All companies have not yet joined the trend. At risk for more cautious, to see quality candidates decline their offer. No doubt they will be more flexible on wages to convince the best. Even suggest the prospect of premium for not going out of the pay scale. But in these trades, the variable portion rarely exceeds 10 to 15% of fixed salary.

Everyone uses without necessarily knowing it, cloud computing, cloud computing, provided mostly by U.S. companies. Facebook, Hotmail (Microsoft) and Gmail (Google), the new Apple icloud are cloud services for the general public. The user accesses the service from anywhere in the world from a mobile or a PC, provided you have an Internet connection. The information is provided on request.

The same goes for companies. With the crisis, they turn to cloud computing. Instead of investing in their own equipment, they buy at the request of their storage needs, software and calculations. The cloud is "a fresh approach to IT services," says Nathaniel Martinez, analyst research firm IDC.

To make these services available all the time and safely, most of the groups IT and telecoms involved in this transformation. Amazon, Google, Microsoft, Rackspace, IBM and HP are some of those actors who provide services or equipment.

"We're always interested in personal computers, smartphones and tablets. But we want to provide end to end solutions for businesses. The global market for information technology is 3000 billion per year and no company in the world carries 10% of this total, "said Michael Dell, CEO of the eponymous company.

With more PC, Dell follows a strategy similar to that of IBM.The group is building data centers and specialized solutions, including one opened in France for the distribution sector.

No company shall, alone, all the elements of the chain terminals, telecommunications network, operating systems, applications, servers, storage equipment and security software. They come together and buy the skills they lack.

Monday, Oracle acquired RightNow, $ 1.43 billion to complete its offering in the cloud applications. In storage, a battle was between market Dell to HP to purchase 3Par, won by HP. Dell fell back on Compellent. In this area, IBM, HP and Dell that are facing specialists EMC, NetApp and Hitachi Data Systems no fax payday loans.

VMware ally of Orange

For its part, the U.S. has become a giant VMware. Its market capitalization reached $ 40 billion.Size gained through solutions that optimize business costs. Its software is used to reduce the number of servers to a client company and deploy multiple applications running on the same computer. "Partner Orange to sell its solutions to French companies, the alliance is a competitor of that formed by SFR and HP," said the expert, IDC. His opponents are Citrix, IBM, Microsoft and Oracle.

In specific applications for cloud computing, Salesforce thrives on its software paperless which is a kind of Facebook for business teams. Its potential is considerable. Its market capitalization reached 17 billion dollars, almost ten times its revenues. It confronts, in this niche, Sugar CRM, Oracle, Microsoft and SAP.

Faced with the immense amount of data created and stored, ordering specialized publishers and analyze the flow of information. IBM, MicroStrategy and SAS Institute, for example, allow a better understanding of user profiles and to predict their behavior. Amazon, Facebook, Google and Microsoft can then better target their marketing campaigns.

"The problem with cloud computing is not as data security, but the protection of privacy," said Vivek Kundra, the former CIO of the federal government of the United States Obama Administration.

However, the software security to the cloud adjust such Symantec, McAfee or Kaspersky. Finally, the major telecom equipment manufacturers such as Cisco and Huawei, want their share. In short, the entire landscape of information technology is transformed.
